Free Trial

Eligible users may receive a seven (7) day free trial.
If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your selected subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged.

Subscription Renewals

Memberships automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account portal.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund prior payments already processed.
Your membership access will continue through the remainder of your current billing cycle.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
No refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements will be issued for:

• partial billing periods;
• unused memberships;
• missed classes;
• or failure to cancel prior to renewal.
  

Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is declined, access to membership Services may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
